Career Collaborator is a UNSW wide staff mentoring program. Within this peer to peer mentoring network we encourage traditional mentoring, peer to peer mentoring and reverse mentoring. As a university we encourage lifelong learning so everyone is encouraged to sign up as a both a Mentee and a Mentor. There will be times where you need someone's experience and assistance - and times where others may need yours.
