Mentor

Enable mentors are senior or peer academics, who can help guide and advise early career academic mentees on professional and personal development needs in order to help them succeed. A mentor's role is to inspire, encourage, and support their mentees.

Mentee

Enable mentees are early career or peer academics who want guidance and advice to further their careers and be successful. Through Enable, mentees can expect to strengthen and build their networks, and gain the skills and confidence necessary to excel.
