Mentors are AGSM MBA students and industry professionals who guide and support UNSW Business School students (mentees) in their career path. A mentor’s role is to challenge, encourage and inspire their to mentee to achieve their goals around their personal and professional development.

Mentees are UNSW Business School students who want to seek guidance and support from AGSM MBA students on topics such as professional development, networking and their career path. A mentee’s role is to be prepared, engaged, drive the mentoring relationship and be open to feedback.
